An Apple Watch companion for Flow
Flow,
on your wrist.
Flowlet lives on your Apple Watch. Glance down to see what Flow is holding, dictate a worry the second it hits, and feel a gentle tap when it's time to return. Your phone stays in your pocket.
In development now. Free for Flow members.
Raise your wrist. That's it.
Glance at what's held
Your watch face shows how many worries Flow is holding right now. No need to open anything.
Say it out loud
Tap the mic and dictate. Your words land in Flow instantly, exactly as if you'd typed them.
Feel the nudge
When a worry is due back, your wrist taps you gently. Open Flow on your phone when you're ready.
Small screen, same calm
Held count complication
See what Flow is holding without opening the app. A quiet number on your watch face, nothing more.
Dictation capture
Worries rarely wait for a good moment. Speak one the second it arrives and Flowlet catches it.
Return nudges
A soft tap on the wrist when something you set down is due back. Never a badge, never a banner.
Sixty-second breathe
Start a guided breathing session from your wrist when the moment calls for it.
Private by design
Your words travel through your Flow account and nowhere else. Nothing is stored on the watch.
Part of Flow
Flowlet isn't a separate product. It's Flow, shrunk to your wrist, for Flow members.
